We spent Christmas at this new resort and loved the spacious room with a view of the dazzling pool. The bed was super cozy, and there were two types of pillows to choose from! Also, the location was convenient as it was close to both town and the beach. We enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast they served us.
Our experience was dampened by the incompetency of the manager who was not very helpful. Moreover, there was no menu at the restaurant or any options to choose from. We were simply served what they had on the day, which was not suitable for our taste. our Christmas vacation was average, and we won't be visiting this resort again.

The rooms are quite spacious and well-maintained with a comfortable bed that made sleeping easy. The location was decent with some sights within walking distance, although a tuk-tuk was needed to get to the beach. The restaurant served good food during breakfast and lunch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The lack of a menu in the restaurant was a frustration, as it meant being served whatever was available rather than having a choice. However, the biggest disappointment was the lack of competent staff and management.

The hotel was located a fair distance from the center of town and the beach; however, the staff were able to arrange transportation when needed. the room was spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the pool. the bathroom was clean and accessible. the hotel staff provided excellent service and offered both English and local breakfast options.
There were a few finishing touches that were needed to improve the overall experience.

The pool was fantastic and we had it all to ourselves. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The air con was silent and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Janaka provided great local insights and the breakfast options were delicious. Planning to return!
Couldn't stay longer.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby. The hotel facilities were top-notch and very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety to choose from.
Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel had everything I needed for a perfect stay in this city.
